By accessing or using the MyDirector AI platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and MyDirector AI Inc., a Florida corporation (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using MyDirector, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accounts created on behalf of a business entity must be by an individual with authority to bind that entity.
MyDirector AI is an AI-powered content creation and publishing platform that:
We are a private beta product. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
You agree not to use MyDirector to create, publish, or distribute content that:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without notice.
MyDirector integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram (Meta), TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms:
We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third-party platforms. If a platform revokes access or changes its API, we may be unable to provide certain features.
MyDirector is currently in private beta. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed. Beta access may be granted or revoked at our discretion.
The MyDirector platform, including its software, design, AI models, and branding, is owned by MyDirector AI Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through MyDirector. By using the Service, you grant MyDirector AI Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to any content you upload and that publishing it will not infringe any third-party rights.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed inside the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, without liability to you.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion procedures.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYDIRECTOR AI INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
